Ralph Yarborough's Washington Report, 28th General Newsletter, December 16, 1963

Description: The 28th general newsletter from Ralph Yarborough including a photograph from President Kennedy's last speech (Senator Yarborough, Governor John B. Connally, and Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson are visible behind the president), a copy of Yarborough's eulogy for Kennedy from Congressional record of December 11, 1963, and a handwritten greeting explaining that out of respect to Kennedy's death, this newsletter would stand in for a normal cheerful Christmas greeting.
