Texas Emissions Reduction Plan Biennial Report (2013-2014)
Description:
This is the seventh Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) biennial report. It is produced in fulfillment of Texas Health and Safety Code (THSC) 386.057 and 386.116(d). The objective of the report include: achieving maximum reductions in nitrogen oxides, prevent violations of the National Ambient Air Quality Standards established by the United State Environmental Protection Agency, promote cost-saving reduction of emissions, and advance technologies that reduce nitrogen oxides.
