Description: Onionskin paper carbon copy of letter from John J. Herrera to Tony Campos, District Governor, District I discussing candidates for the candidates running for National President of LULAC. Herrera writes that he supports Felix Tijerina as his council had been instructed to vote for Felix but his loyalty would be to Frank Pinedo. Herrera congratulates Campos on the formation of two councils and expresses his desire to see Campos at the National Convention.
