Description: Postcard of a cobblestone walkway overlooking a winding river that splits two hills. The message on the border reads, "He and Irene in Houston for funeral." The back of the postcard adds, "Hawk's Nest is located on U. S. Route 60 overlooking the New River Canyon. It was once called Marshall's Pillar for Chief Justice John Marshall.
