Description: Letter from Neveille H. Colson to I. H. Kempner expressing regret that she was unable to join the Senators in visiting the Medical School in Galveston. She acknowledges Dr. Leake's efforts in bringing legislative issues to her attention and expresses her commitment to assisting in any way possible. She hopes the Legislature will provide sufficient funding for the Medical School and invites Kempner to visit her office if he is in Austin.
