[Letter from D. W. Kempner to Willoughbys, April 12, 1954]

Description: Letter from D. W. Kempner to Willoughbys discussing the method with which the order for Star "D" Slide files is handled. Two letters are received after the order was made, first letter said that the request has been to sent to manufacturer and will hear back soon; then on the following day the other letter says that the files are no longer being manufactured. One of the salesman said the files were never discontinued.
