Interview with Joe L. Atkins, who was a member of the NAACP Youth Council and filed a suit against North Texas State College for admission discrimination. Atkins discusses his early life in Jefferson and Dallas, TX and his experiences with the NAACP and involvement in the Civil Rights Movement. This included work desegregating college admissions equality and teacher representation demonstrations in Dallas.
