On the back of the postcard, the letter reads "Dear Mamie, I hope I will see you before this postcard does. It sure is hot here today - with love - Sigioua." The postcard is addressed to "Miss Mamie McFaddin 1906 McFaddin Ave Beaumont, Texas."
