Automatic Repeating Railroad-Signal.

Description: Patent for an automatic repeating railroad-signal designed to be used with semaphore and other train-signaling apparatus. It eliminates mistakes made in notifying the central office and automatically reports "any change in the position or color of the signal to a central office over the ordinary telegraph-wire" (lines 14-16). Description: Patent for a new and improved clamp for wire fences. This design "is to make a device by which the horizontal rails of a wire fence may be conveniently fastened to the vertical stay-wires" (lines 12-15). Car-Coupling.

Description: Patent for a simple and inexpensive car-coupling that improves on the pin-and-link car-couplings and "will be capable of coupling automatically and which may be readily uncoupled without going between cars" (lines 13-15). Beer Tapping Apparatus.

Description: Patent for a new and improved beer tap. This design calls for the air pipe to go within the beer tapping pipe and for a pump to supply the air pipe with air. This eliminates the need of a rubber nipple to connect the air pipe, easily cleans the pipe coil, and allows for the tapping of the keg from without the icebox.

It works by producing a partial vacuum, forcing the liquid to go from the bottom to the top of the vessel.
