Description: A letter written to Julien C. Hyer, Director, Fort Worth National Bank Bldg., Fort Worth, Texas, from Lions International W. J. Higgins, 1st Vice President, San Antonio, Texas, dated April 9, 1924. Explanation by Higgins of their view regarding the Green and Perry races asking if Hyer can throw any light on the subject. He assures Hyer that the San Antonio boys and he would appreciate Hyer's views. A handwritten note by Hyer says to have Carswell answer this.
