Patent for improvements in Winchester Repeating fire-arms, or magazine fire-arms.
Patent for improvements in the "interior mechanism for operating the breech-block and resisting the recoil, and in the combination of parts".
Patent that increases strength and capability to resist recoil, increases the charge of powder. Together, the ball is carried faster and farther with "perfect safety and without increase of recoil or rebound".
