Description: Photograph of Thomas Bos in a suit and tie. Handwriting around the photo notes that Bos was an early property owner in Port Arthur who was originally from Holland. The reverse of the photo has a handwritten note near the top stating that this was given to J. W. Carr. Writing near the bottom of the photo, to the right of a red photographer's seal, says that Bos purchased Port Arthur property for Dutch interests and that he was a client of Carr.
