[Land Contract Between Jay McCoy and Miss May F. A. Huntoon]

Description: Land contract between Joy McCoy and Miss F. A. Huntoon, in which McCoy agrees to sell "to the party of the second part all that certain tract or parcel of land which the said Jay McCoy purchased from J. R. Herndon."
