Description: Dallas County probate record regarding the case of Thomas, D.L. & M.E. (Minors) and L.M. Martin (Executor or Guardian). This case contained 410 pages of documents. Mr. L.M.Martin, the guardian of the two minor children, was a fantastic record keeper. His records note the establishments that were located in downtown Dallas in the mid 1880's when downtown Dallas was a thriving, busy, and bustling center in the middle of the black-land prairie.
