[Log and Stone Buildings in Caddo Lake State Park]

Description: Photo-postcard of buildings in Caddo Lake State Park. A central building of stone masonry with a large chimney has log cabin wings on both sides. These buildings were constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) in the 1930s according to designs by Joe W. Westbrook and Fred R. Carpenter. A handwritten note on the back is addressed to Mrs. Rosalie Newcomb in St. Louis, MO. It is postmarked Marshall, Texas, Aug 20, 1939.
