Dickey tells Kempner that buying a U-9 mount will allow Kempner to use any lenses such as f1.9 or Telephoto. He goes on to recommend a Model F in the size 45" x 60" as it is the best all-around size for shooting in 16mm. A postscript explains that old Kodacolor filters are entirely useless at this time.
