Description: Text of the oath of office for aldermen in the city of Laredo, signed by four people on January 1, 1867 (partially missing) -- J. M. Rodriguez, Clemente I. Salinas, Nicolas San[...], and Elestavio Cam[...] -- and signed by Francisco Farias on January 5. Both statements are witnessed by the mayor of Laredo, Agustin Salinas.
