Description: Photograph of workers pouring out concrete into the pond at the Fort Worth Japanese Garden. Several are visible standing in the wet concrete, with some holding mortar hoes and rakes to smooth out the concrete. Others stand on the steel wire mesh, next near the tube where the wet concrete comes out, on areas the concrete has not yet been poured in. The concrete stilts holding the Lake Arbor pavilion are visible at top left.
