Warranty deed from Virginia Leigh to Edward B. Leigh acknowledging the sale of land for $1 paid by Edward to Virginia. According to the deed Virginia has released her rights to the land purchased by Edward and that he obtained "an undivided one half interest in and to that certain three hundred and twenty acre tract known as Survey No. 1430."
