This design consists in "the frame, the wheels, the axle provided with the fingers, and the spout attached to the under side of the frame, of the hopper having a slot in its bottom decreasing in width from its forward to its rear end, plates, adjustably secured to the bottom of the hopper, the vertical shaft journaled in the hopper, and the horizontal arms on the said shaft" (lines 92-100).
