County School Land;
Thence north along the east line of the Thos H. Jones survey
to the southeast corner of league No. 629;
Thence north between leagues No. 628 and 629;
Thence north between league No. 596 and 597;
Thence north between league No. 590 and 591; to the north
line of Bailey County;
Thence east along the north line of Bailey County to a point
where the said line cuts the section line between sections No.
30 in Block "X" and No. 25 Block "Y" league No. 588 the place
of beginning.;
SEC. 3. The immediate need for a better and more commodious
building for this district at this time creates an emergency
and that the rules requiring that bills be read on three
several days be suspended and that this Act take effect and be
enforced from and after the passage, and is hereby so enacted.
[NOTE.-The enrolled bill shows that the foregoing Act passed
the House, yeas, 105, nays, 1; and passed the Senate, yeas, 28,
nays 0.]

BAILEY COUNTY.
H. B. No. 621.] CHAPTER 100.
-An Act validating Common School District No. 2 Bailey County, Texas,
and declaring an emergency.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Texas:
SECTION 1. Common School District No. 2 of Bailey County,
'Texas, as created by the county board of education of said
county, be and the same is hereby in all things validated, with
metes and bounds as follows to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the east line of Bailey County where
the north line of league No. 209 Deaf Smith County School Land
cuts the said east line of Bailey County;
Thence south on east line of Bailey County to the south line
of Uvalde County School Land league No. 212;
Thence west on the south line of Uvalde County School Land
and Blanco County School Land league No. 212 to the south
west corner of said Blanco County School Land;
