The real issue, the one which
won't no away, is this we can-
not go on forever with Progress
as our god "Bigger and better"
cannot forever be our main
motto America is finite, how-
ever ureal si,i' may and to
be finite is to have limitations.
Only God is infinitf Progress
can never be a dependable God
If the shooting down of the bin
bird SST means that we have
at last turned a corner on this
issue, then our descrndenls may
some day remember it as a day
ill national salvation For it may
lead the way to other decisions
about our finitudc. which, in their
totality could mean all the dif-
