In Tennessee
H. F. l'.rumhack has returned
from a business trip over east
llo informs the Signal that he is
about to sever his connect ion with
the business interests of Snyder
having sold the stock owned by
him and W. L. Ledbetter in the
Snyder lee Light & Power Com-
pany to James H. Welch of Sny-
der. In Hie deal it is learned that
Hrumhaek and Ledbetter take a
two-thirds interest in the Duke-
dom Holler Mill Company at
Dukedom Tennessee and Mr.
Hruiiiback will go to Dukedom
next month to assume the man-
agement of the mill. It is under-
stood that this property is val-
ued at -tlb.OflO. The mill has a
capai ity of "" barrels of flour a
day and is doing a large business.
A saw mill equipment is now be-
ing added to the plant for tin-
manufacture of lumber. The
Signal wishes I'.ob abundant suc-
cess in his new field of labor.

Receive Diplamas
A very large gathering of Sny-
der people assembled Friday
night at the Baptist tabernacle to
witness the closing exercises of
the Snyder High School and to
hear the graduating theses and
addresses of the Class of 11)11. It
was quite a pleasurable vent
and we all felt proud of the young
graduates. They acquitted t hem-
selves with credit to themselves
and their teachers and were ren-
dered impressively. Snyder is
fortunate in her school condi-
tions and her graduates go out
well equipped to enter upon the
duties of practical life.
