321.-Elementary Methods in Physical Education. This course is
the teaching of Physical Education in the elementary grades, including
games, relays, mimetics, stunts, and rhythms. Prerequisite,
sophomore standing.
233.-Coaching. An elementary course in coaching designed for
part-time coaches who wish to become acquainted with the fundamentals
of the major sports. Both theory and practice will be emphasized.335.-Methods and Materials in Safety Education. For teachers
in the elementary and secondary schools. A study of accidents, preventive
measures, school practices, and curriculum problems; including
first aid, traffic safety, and safety at home, school and at work.
Methods of teaching safety education will be emphasized.

This course is designed for those who are preparing for full time
coaching.
