Selected topics in Nonverbal Communication with an emphasis on current research. Also includes an
analysis of cultural differences in nonverbal cue usage.

A course designed to apply communication theory to the solving of business or professional interpersonal
problems. Stresses theory systems adapted to organizational structure; interviewing and conference
techniques as well as public speaking in professional settings.
545. Intercultural Communication.
The cultures of people throughout the world, with emphasis on cultural patterns.
573. Preaching.
Philosophy of preaching; preparation and presentation practice. Identifies basic sermon types and use of

Attention to audience analysis, persuasion, and special problems such as funerals, weddings, and mass
