Beware of Ointments for Catarrh
that contain Mercury,
as mercury will surely destroy the
sense of smell and completely de-
range the whole system when en-
tering it through the mucuous sur-
faces. Such articles should never
be used except on prescriptions
from reputable physicians, as the
damago they will do is ten fold to
the good you can possibly derive
from them. Hall's Catarrh Cure,
manufactured by F. J. Cheney &
Co., Toledo, O., contains no mer-
cury, and is taken internally, rod
acts directly upon the blood and
mucuou9 surfaces of the system.

This is a great season for SPECIAL BARGAINS with us.
We have had a big trade in clearing out our fall goods, and are
happy, and proud to state the fact, that we will show to our customers
A BRIGHT NEW STOCK

all fall and winter goods must be sold, no matter at what price they go.
WE DON'T DO THIS FOR FUN!
We do it because it is our rule. Its business with us
WE INVITE YOU TO COME AND SEE US.
Advice unsought is seldom valued.
Go on in your old way—sow 10 penny nails and expect a crop, we
don't believe it will vegetate even though you cover the soil with iron
pilings, but put those same pilings in a crucible after your patience is
exhausted—mix with brains and you will have nails.

quered by irreprayable testimony. Seeing (with the masses) is believing, not true in the
abstract, but accepted as truth.
