Following a move to Beaumont,

A memorial service to honor
this gracious lady will be held
Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 1:30
pm at the Christ Church Santa
Fe 1213 Don Gaspar. In lieu of
flowers the family ask memorial
donations be made in her mem-
ory to the PMS-Hospice, 1400
Chama Avenue, Santa Fe, New
Mexico 87506 for the kind lov-
ing care and support they gave
her and the family.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all
who supported me during the loss of my husband, Butch
White.
Thank you, Roger Deerinwater, for the beautiful fu-
neral service. Also, a special thank-you to the ladies who
prepared the family luncheon and served it at First Baptist
Church. It was so appreci-
ated.
To all the people who
came to the visitation and/
or funeral, sent flowers/
cards, or just gave us a hug
and condolences-thank
you so much!
No one loved life more
than Butch. He loved to
travel, cook out, dance,
listen to music, spend time
with his family: In general,
he loved to have fun. Even
at the height of his illness
he said, “The good Lord
will take care of us,” and never waivered from his unique
sense of humor.
Butch also loved Archer City and all its peiople, so I
know he would want to convey a heart-felt “Thank you!”
to you all, as I also do.

The 1938 survey was made
for J. Gregg Hill by J.E. Beaver,
Licensed Land Surveyor regard-
ing a request for a mineral lease.
Siddall said the tract ap-
peared on the 1929 official state
maps and acknowledged that
a patent application by R.A.
Crowell in 1889 had been de-
nied for some reason.
Siddall was withholding any
official comment until after the
property owners meeting sched-
uled for March 7, 2012, but did
indicate the purpose of the meet-
ing was to work out a satisfac-
tory plan to get the ownership
cloud cleared up for current
owners. Resolution will most
likely involve new surveys and
the issuance of new patents.
