Wilmut was Plaintiff,
Buddy Stay Wilmut was
Defendant, on a judgment
rendered in said Court
against Defendant — and in
favor of the said Plaintiff, for
the sum of 9,887.50
DOLLARS, with interest
thereon at the rate of 9%
per cent per annum, from
date of judgment, together
with all costs of suit; I did on
the 17th. day of January,
1978, at 10 o’clock A.M.,
levy upon the following

parcels of land situated in
