There are four organizations on the campus that tend to
promote the interests of Christianity in and around the school.
The Ministerial Forum, composed of the young ministers it,
school, gives the young men training along the line of their
life calling. The Forum is doing a great work by being mis-
sionary in spirit and carrying the gospel to nearby places that
do not have preaching services regularly. There is a sister or-
ganization to the Forum known as the Mission Band which is
composed of young women who are preparing themselves for
definite service in the Church. Their helpful programs are an
inspiration to all who hear them. These programs are carried
to the surrounding communities and have led many to know
better the Christ. The Life Service Band is a combination of
the Forum and the Mission Band. Every Wednesday evening
the two come together for -a great inspirational program and
for real communion with God.
The Lay Activities Club, under the able direction of Miss
Tate, is training those who are not life service volunteers, to
become active lay workers in the Church.
Abundant opportunities are offered to students to engagL
in religious work in the various churches. Many of the stu-
dents are connected with the work of the Sunday Schools, Ep-
worth League. and other organizations, and take an active
part. Reguiai attendance upon the services of some church i-
urged for every student.
