The film will be fifteen minutes long, comprised of three segments that will highlight the important parts of their programs. Enclosed in the letter are details about the three segments and the ideas behind how the filming should take place. Copied on the letter are Leilani Lattin Duke, Val Marmillion and Kathy Talley-Jones.
