Fort Worth School Superintendent Julius
Truelson charged today that the Fort Worth Taxpayers
League, a group of businessmen opposing Saturday's
school tax election, is only seeking to mislead the
people by posing questions in newspaper ads.
Truelson asserted that the League really doesn't
want answers to kka questions about the need for a
15-cent tax hike, otherwise, it wouldtve gone to him
or the school board.
He made his position known at a news conference
covered by WBAP education reporter Lowell Duncan:(
