LS COURTROOM
Eighteen-year-old Jesse Oliver Graham appears before
Dallas Justice of the Peace Tom Naylor in a pre-trial
hearing to set bond. Young Graham is accused of
shooting his girl friend's mother to death last week
as she reportedly pounded on the front door of his
home at 22-18 Mountain Lake Street. The victim was
33-year-old Mrs. Mary Crawford. Her 15-year-old
daughter, Graham, Graham's 16-year-old brother and
his girl friend were in the house at the time. The
Grahams testified today they did not know who was at
killing
the door, when the shot was fired Mrs.
Crawford.-NIXI EX Judge Naylor sets bond at
75-hundred dollars.AFTER SWISH
More than the usual number of deputies stand guard in
Judge Charles Lindsey's Criminal District Court in
Fort Worth, as 26-year-old Charles Edward Hardin is
brought to trial.
