Fidelity Insurance Comapny of Newark,New Jersey..were served
citations today..ordering their appearances at a hearingMay
I3th..before District Judge Dee Brown Walker.The defendants in
the ca se are familiar with court procedure.. they include Dallas
County SheriffClarence Jones..District-Attorney Henry Wade..
the Seven Criminal District Judges of the County..Judges of
the three Criminal Courts and Criminal Court of Appeals..and
eight Justices of the Peace.The legal action stems from Sheriff
Jones decision not to accept surety-bonds for prisoners..from
any Out-of-State Insurance companies.Jones claims such firms lack
sufficient properties in Texas to cover the bonds. International
Fidelity Insurance Company..claims the decision deprived the firm
of it's Constitutional right of due process of law..and it seeks
