It was announced with great fanfare and cheere of
bravo, at the Dallas Circle of Friends CHRISTOPHER
STREET LIBERATION DAY PARTY, by Henry McCluskey,
attorney for Alvin L. Buchanan in the case of
Wade vs Al * n et al, That the State
QISTRICT A D Office was two (2) days beyond
the filing dateline to file their appeal .to the
Supreme Court seeking a reversal of the Federal
Court of North Texas 3-judge disctstn in favor of
Buchanan.
Therefore if the Supreme Court keeps with precedent
it will deny hearing the case and will automatically
nullify and void state laws on sodomy as they are
now written. If the Supreme court was to go ahead
and hear the appeal it would be the first time in
Supreme Court history that an appeal was heard when
either of the two parties had been late in filling
their briefs.I.I
