Little girl/toddler's dress of white lightweight organdy. Knee length; short puffed sleeves with pink cotton cuffs that have piping at edge. Pink peter pan collar with piping at the edge. Front bodice has 14 tiny vertical pin tucks with tiny blue and pink embroidered dot detail at center of pleat section from neck to waist. Front waistline has pink waistband, scalloped on top edge with 3 tiny white buttons at center front and to each side; piping at bottom of waistband.
