Photograph of a group of people posed in front of a house with a large round sign painted on its side reading "The Ensign." One row of people sits in front of a row of standing people, all wearing a variety of clothing. The group poses for the photo on a dirt ground with patches of green grass and weeds with the white wall of a house behind them. On the wall, the "Ensign" painting includes the main text along with "Isiah II:I" below, all written on a yellow six-pointed start on a circular blue background with twelve smaller, 5-pointed gold stars spread around the larger star. The circular background has a thick gold outline with the words "A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid" above its top edge and additional, unreadable text under the bottom edge. To the left of the mural is a window outlined in black, above which is a black square painted into the wall with words including "Davidian compound at Mt. Carmel" painted in white on it. In the right side of the photo, to the side of the house, are telephone poles leading into the distance, all connected by powerlines.
