[News Clip: Old Vet Honored with Army Medal]

Video footage from the WBAP-TV station in Fort Worth, Texas to accompany a news story about Walter W. Williams. At age one-hundred-and-thirteen, Williams is the oldest surviving veteran of the Civil War. He receives a medal authorized by the eighty-fourth Congress.
