R. S. Calloway, who testifies he issued the
eviction order against Tyler.

are exptetced to challenge the legality of the
efictionpapers.
MED. ANOTHER GUY ON WITNESS STAND.
Constable Peck Wilson testifies he sent both
Burklow and Johnny Dobson to serve the papers
because he realized there could be trouble.
GUY WALKING TO WITNESS STAND.
County investigator W. D. Roberts says Tyler came
to him for advice about 10 minutes before the
shooting; Robserts says he told Tyler it was acivil matters
