In summary:
CERT will fill the need that each Chief Executive
Officer has to continue to study so that s/he can effec-
tively cope with the ever changing conditions affec-
ting the organization.
Each year a "theme" will be determined so that
program continuity is maintained. Expert authorities
from around the nation will serve as session leaders.
Their charter will be to challenge the CERT Associates
and lead discussions that will stimulate creative
thinking.
Through this process each CERT Associate will
have an opportunity to evaluate the concept that has
been set forth and determine it's applicability to
his/her organization.
Subjects for discussion will be "leading-edge" in
nature and the stimulating conversation between ex-
perts and CERT Associates will afford the opportunity
for continuing personal growth.
To make available this growth opportunity is the
reason the Chief Executives' Round Table was
established.
