Sexton millions, Mrs. Winnell Shipley,
relaxes in the sunshine with 'her 16-year old daughter,
Shirly Jane Titus, outside their north Cleburne home.
Mrs. Shipley says she ved with Sexton ashis common-law wife when she was 15 and Sexton was 56.
She says her daughter, Shirley, was born of the union
which lasted about two-and-a-half years. Shirley thus
yepresentfd Sextonas nearest living relative and sole
heir. A Will reportedly left by Sexton names a Cleburne
rest home operator, Mrs. Agnes Kirk, as the intended
" receiver -- this is contested both by Mrs. Shipley and
Sexton's sister, Mrs. R. 4. L. Silvey of Overton. Both
petitions, filed last Monday in Cleburne, maintain that
