Re: TRIBUTE TO ALAN ROSS
Ed, Jose Plata called today to ask that I would send a short statement to you as a
part of the tribute you are leading in his memory this weekend. Thank you for
giving me the opportunity to participate. I am honored.
I suppose my thoughts could be summarized as follows:
"Alan represents the best of Dallas' gay and lesbian community's historical
personalities. So many times, in so many places Alan was there to make sure
things happened - all of them as his special signature piece. Thank you, Alan, for
everything. Thank you, also, for being my friend."
