Across the way, Judy Banks of Richardson is the
skipper of another water wonder called the Aqua-
Kart. It's a Go-Kart without wheels that has
giddy-up and go with a speed in excess of forty
miles an hour. The Aqua-Kart is eight feet long,
four feet wide, and Judy says it won't flip over
in anything short of a typhoon. And, if a typhoon
comes along, its eight sealed watertight compartments
keep it afloat.
