Today is the last chance you have at entering the Annual
Tennis Tournament. If you are at all interested in tennis and
plan to enter you should get your name on the registration sheet
today. One o'clock is the deadline for entering. If you have already
entered you should get your entry fee into Sally Meyers by Wed-
nesday at one o'clock. All matches should begin Monday after-
noon in the warm-up games. All entrants will play one warm-up
game before they begin actual competition in the official tourna-
ment. The first game has no bearing on the outcome of the tour-

Baylor Bears
The Baylor Bears were In
Brownwood Thursday night for a
short stopover on their way to
Abilene where their basobaUeru
take on the McMurry Indians. The
Indians have a two-game home se-
ries with the Baylor Bears on
Friday and Saturday. Friday's en-
counter will be the season opener
for Coach Lloyd Russell's Baylor
team.
McMurry and Abilene Christian
both of Abilene are the only two
schools In the Texas Conference
competing in baseball. McMurry'a
roster lists several of their out-
standing football and basketball
players.

Tourney at Kansas City last week.

Rams lost a closo call to the San
Diego representatives 44-12.
The Wesleyans defeated the
Evansvlllo College quintet of
Evansvlllo Indiana in the first
contest G6-57. The Indiana team
boasted tho Hoosler state's high-
est scorer and wore a dangerous
team from the first of the game
to the final whistle. Tho second
victim of tho Texans onslaught
was the Simpson College five from
Iowa. Tho Wesleyans were nudg-
ed in the quarterfinals by San
Diego who won the tournament.

sity of Cincinnati students come

Bulletin Board In the Coggin hall.
The brackets will be a triple-
game affair. All entrants will
play one warm-up game. The
outcome will have no bearing on
the standing in the tourney. Af-
ter the preliminary game results
arc turned In the official brackets
will bo made out and actual com-
petition will begin. There will be
a consolation bracket made up
of losers in the first round. Those
persons who lose in their first
round of the tourney will be
matched against other losers and
will play for the championship of
the consolation bracket.
All preliminary matches must
be played before Friday afternoon
at ono o'clock so that compcltivo
play can be begun on tho official
