Resolutions of Respect.
Again has death invaded the
home of one of our belhved mem-
bers, and by such invasion remov-
ed from the family of Mr. and
Mrs. August Loessin, their only
son, Erwin. Deeply sympathizing
with the afflicted parents in their
great loss we offer the following
resolutions:
Whkrkas, by the death of Mas-
ter Erwin, the family loses its
brightest jewel, a model lad, whom
to know was to love.
Resolved. That the ladies of the
Lutheran Frauen Verein, deeply
regret that such great misfortune
should have befallen this member,
and extend to the bereaved parents
their heartfelt sympathy. It was
the will of Him who doeth all things
wisely and well. May they find
consolation in the beautiful thought
that the spirit of their darling boy
dwells in a brighter land where he
will joyously prepare a welcome
for them.

Grateful to our neighbors and
friends for their expressions of con-
dolence and to those who so untir-
ingly and willingly administered to
the wants oLour beloved son Er-
vin, during his brief illness, we
wish to extend, in this manner,
our heartfelt thanks. Words of
the English language are insuf-
ficient to express the thanks that
our hearts dictate, but, as we all
know, when death comes all nature
is kin, we feel that we do not
grieve alone. To those who attend-
ed the obsequies and covered the
little mound with flowers, let us
say “God bless you.’’
