Beat trivia quiz: Who has the highest lifetime bat-
ting average? Willie Wilson, George Brett, Rod
Carew, A1 Oliver, Babe Ruth, Hank Aaron or Willie
Mays. Answer: Willie Wilson.
Most likely to win triple crown someday: Cecil
Cooper, Dale Murphy or Eddie Murray.
Glad to see go: Oriole moron Earl Weaver who is
celebrated because of his baseball genius He also
punches, yes punches umpires when he diagrees with
them. Sorry to see Willie Stargell hang 'em up. He is a
class act.
Worst prediction. Jonathan Feigen’s choice of the
Houston Astros as NL West Champs in a narrow race
between his pick of the New York Mets for third
place.
