At Houston Show
Howard Payne College's live-
stock judging team placed first
in beef cattle judging in the junior
intercollegiate livestock judging
contest at the Houston Fat Stock
Show recently.
The Howard Payne team com-
posed of Tommy Autry of Sil-
verton and Floyd Bennett and
John Kirkpatrick of Klamath
Falls Ore placed fifth in swine
judging and came out in fifth
place among 20 teams in general
competition.

The annual Spring Concert by
the HPC band will be presented
on St. Patrick's Day which is
next Sunday March 17. in Cog-
gin Chapel Theatre.

The Business office and the
Registrar's office exchanged of-
fice spaces recently. The regis-
trar's office now occupies the
space vacated by the Business of-
fice. In the old registrar's office are

hail them into Kangaroo Court
on Friday.

The Hawley team appeared
very outstanding because of sev-
eral exceptionally talented girls.
Burkett who won the boy re-

the state meet this past week.
