Family assault
A woman reported she
was threatened and beat-
en with a handgun in a
mobile home in the 3500
block of McKinney Road
about 7 p.m. Monday.
She required stitches for
facial injuries, police
said.
A 35-year-old Baytown
woman identified as the
victim's sister-in-law was
arrested and is being held
without bond on a charge
of aggravated assault
with a deadly weapon.
Police said another
woman, also a relative, is
being sought in the
assault.
Burglaries
• A game system, a
music player and other
items were reported
stolen from a car parked
at an apartment complex
in the 3300 block of
Rollingbrook Drive
between midnight and
7:10 a.m Monday.
• Two purses, a phone,
a GPS unit and credit
cards were reported
stolen from a ear parked
at Pirates Bay Water-
park, 5300 East Road,
between 11 a m. and
4:15 p.m Monday.
Pol ice said one of the
credit cards was later
used at a business in
town. Suspects are two
heavy set b I ac km en driv-
ing a dark blue or black
Ford Expedition.
• A car stereo and a
small amount of cash
were reported stolen from
a car parked at Pirates
Bay Waterpark, 5300
East Road, between 1 and
5:30 p.m. Monday. The
vehicle was found with
all four doors unlocked
and the trunk open.
• Tools and other items
were reported stolen in
the burglary of a building
in the 400 block of West
Main Street between 7
p.m Friday and 6 p.m.
Monday.
Thefts
• Copper wire and a
circuit breaker were
reported stolen from
Pumphrey Elementary
School in the 4900 block
of Fairway Drive about
noon Sunday.
• A rooftop air condi-
tioner was reported stolen
from a business in the
700 block of East Texas
Avenue. The theft was
reported Monday and is
thought to have occurred
in the past month.
• Unspecified property
was reported stolen from
the 4Q0 block of East
Homan Avenue The loss
was reported Monday and
is thought to have
occurred in the past
month.
• Unspecified property
was reported stolen from
the 2200 block of Cedar
Bayou Road between 4
p.m. Friday and 5 p.m.
Monday.
• A laptop computer
was reported stolen from
the 1600 block of
Richardson Lane between

10:30 a m. Saturday and
11 a.m. Monday.
33 offenses
Between Monday
morning and Tuesday
morning. Baytown police
wrote 33 offense reports
and investigated incidents
including four assaults,
one auto theft, two bur-
glaries, four burglaries of
vehicles, one case of
criminal mischief, three
DW Is. one forgery and
six thefts.
They also made five
other arrests and wrote
six other reports.
During the same peri-
od, police investigated
one major crash and three
minor crashes.
