L. L. Troxell, Cedar Bayou rice
farmer, is recovering 4«day from -
injuries received Thursday in a
tractor accident at his farm.
Ten inches of flesh was strip-
ped from Troxell’s left leg when M

the ground, she said. His brother,

tongue, attempted to stop the ma-
chine, but his foot slipped and a
lug on tpe tractor wheel plowed
along Troxewi's leg leaving a gash
which required ISO stitches to
close, Mrs. Troxell said.
Troxell is under treatment at
Goose Creek hospital.
