HVFD BAR-B-QUE
A very large crowd turn-
ed out last weekend to
attend the Firemen's bar-
b-que. Good food, good
music and good friends
were very evident at the
fire station and the sur-
rounding area's popula-
tion came into town to
enjoy what has become
an annual affair. Meat
that has been donated to
the Fire Dept, from var-
ious stock shows, was
prepared by the fire
department members and
wives, plus some visi-
tors brought dishes to
share.
The good music for the
afternoon's entertain-
ment was provided by
local and area musicians
and as usual was great!
Drinks were provided by
the fire department and
there were some atten-
dees who stayed well in-
to the night.
Thank you Firemen and
women for a most enjoy-
able meal and evening!
