in the future and of its present
manpower practices.”
In the short run, he said, the
space movement is going to in-
tensify very sharply efforts to-
ward scientific development.

Ezra Taft Benson said today the
United States cannot broaden
wheat export markets without
breaking world prices.
This would create serious inter-
national problems, he said.
Benson said the- United Stales
already is competitive in price in
the world wheat market and has
a good share of it. U.S. wheat
exports in fiscal 1957 were rec-
ord high-

uation in a speech prepared for
delivery before the 91st annual
meeting of the National Grange,
one of the major farm organiza-
tions,
